Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
torn ligament in the right small shoulder joint. but it was damaged at wrestling the day before i did the workout

I am now already 6 weeks in an extreme workout phase to build up pure muscle mass.

The goal is to reach finally 70kg with still <5% bodyfat, which i should manage in about 6-8 weeks.

Then i will update pics and vids.

Here my current workout routine.

I have a 4 day and a 2 day split workout each week.

4day split:
monday: shoulders 20 sets, abs 8 sets
tuesday: chest 20 sets, triceps 8 sets
wednesday: back 20 sets, biceps 8 sets
thursday: legs 25 sets, abs 4 sets

I can't imagine how strong you are if you bench press 372 lbs. You weigh 148lbs!!! That to me is just unreal! You are truly super human. The dedication, descipline, and will power that you have is amazing! You are the best! Good Luck with your goals...
