How I Started:
I started lifting for wrestling. I really had to be serious about it in high school, because it helped me perform on a championship level. Helping me achieve two state titles, and qualifying for state 2 times before.
Why I Love It:
I love lifting, it helps me balance all of the issues in my day to day life. It has a calming effect that no other activity can mirror.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm a naturally angry person, I find motivation in even the smallest things. Recently, my motivation has been a break up and all of the emotions that come with that mess.
BB Accomplishments:
My bench and squat have come up very quickly since I started lifting again. I graduated high school weighing 170 lbs and benching 300 lbs. Now I weigh 174 lbs and bench 275 lbs.
I've been out of it for about a month now, i'm just getting back into hitting the weights consistently. It's been a week and my body is really bouncing back. The added fat helped me gain bout 3lbs lean this week.
U look like a badass. What your wrestling style? Could you handle a heavyweight wrestler and tough too. heheheh U got pretty strong strength man. Good decent build
