How I Started:
I started out hating that i was so weak. then i got hooked on it and stayed with it. very rewarding
Why I Love It:
I love the sensation u get, the pain, and most of all the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
i think about other guys at my gym who are stronger than me, and the fact that my football coach is setting me up for fullback next year... i have to be able to run through ppl. "pain is temporary, success is permanent"- i think of that quote whenever it gets tough.

when i started off, my bench press max was 135. now im at 275 pounds.

hmm, it's been awhile since i've seen you but I noticed you have pretty high reps on your arm workouts, 10 as opposed to the 5 you do on bench... I used to do about 6-8 on arms then just switched up to 12, and i'm finally seeing alot more results... is that what you're on?
I keep it simple bro' ... Typically this is what I do.
Weighted Dips 2 sets 6 to 8rps.
cable prssdowns 2 sets 6 to 8rps.
Close grip Prss 2 sets 6 to 8rps.
You gotta make sure ur getting stronger or outdue the last workout. Be patient and eat accordingly
That's been my problem. I'm not really on any diet. Believe it or not, in that picture I'm trying to bulk. I have a really hard time gaining weight, so that's why I was asking about the cut
Hey man, I was just wondering what weight you wrestle, how you do, the whole enchilada. Also, do you cut down and if you do, what have you found is the best way to?
