How I Started:
I wanted to get bigger. In high school I was always known to be really strong for my size but I wanted to get bigger. So i bought a golds gym and started to lift my senior year for wrestling, mainly wanting to get stronger. After wrestling i started to get into supplements and developed a plan to gain more mass.
Why I Love It:
It motivates me every day, it gives me something to work for and be pround of. And I love to look in the mirror and see the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I use peoples words to fuel me to work harder.. such as "your skinny", "your little", etc..
BB Accomplishments:
I weighed 143lbs as of December of 2006 and as of December 28, 2007 I weigh 169.7lbs. Went from 150lb max bench to a max bench of 235lbs in a year..
