I've been gone from a loooong shoulder injury, trying to make my way back (it's been 5 weeks). I was 175, 3% bodyfat, benching 265, deadlifting 255X11, and a 5k in 19:21. Now I'm 174, probably 11%bf. I took this by myself, cheating with the lighting (obviously). I'll take a back picture tomorrow when I deadlift.
