Why I Love It:
I've always worked out, that date was when I started bodybuilding. I'm a tad egotistical, and looking good fits the bill. I also do very active recreational sports (mountain climbing, kayaking, fighting) and I need to be in shape for those. I like knowing I can handle myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Pick a person to beat. I'm a fighter, it's what I do. Also, I love looking good for the ladies.
BB Accomplishments:
3.11% body fat at 175lbs at 5'10". Without training legs (I ran long distance).

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
Post workout supplement wise, if I'm on a cycle I'll suck a cell-tech shake down. I did the protein before, so depending on what my money situation is I'll try to get my protein from milk and food after the workout. The cell-tech's got a shit load of carbs in it to boost my insulin levels, and it's fast acting enough to where it really swells me up, keeping the pump and flooding my muscles with blood (though, not veiny for some reason...) Sometimes I'll take it before my last set, so that my last set can really drive it home.Post workout supplement wise, if I'm on a cycle I'll suck a cell-tech shake down. What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
I take whey protein, usually isolate. I like to chug it 20 min. before I work out, so by the time I start damaging my muscles it's already on the way there to fix 'em.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't mind at all, not a big deal in the least. I wish that more people would, so that things would loosen up in the gym.
Description: June 12, 2008
I fought 4 people in 2 weeks, and I'd just beaten this kid in 31 sec. the day before (He's a friend from wresling). He wanted a video of himself, so I agreed to do it again. Unfortunately, I don't come off looking that great (taking it easy, did you see the free head shot? Or the fact I only hit him in the head once?). I've another vid, I one, but I don't look that great in it. Message me if you want to see it!
Deadlifting
Played: 47
Description: I'm deadlifting 255lbs 4 times.
I pyramided my way up, I started at 185X8, 205X8, 235X8, all without a belt. then the 255, and I went back to 185X8 without a belt again. Sorry about the darkness! And you can't even see my back, wtf.
Movie 7
Played: 28
Description: Hey, so another deadlifting video, this time my back is ACTUALLY VISIBLE. Crazy, I know. the fifth rep a muscle like, felt as though it pulled off the bone, extremely weird feeling. but then I was okay for the rest of the sets? IDK
So this and Day 8 are one day behind, for those of you following this you noticed I missed a day. Terribly sorry, here is yesterdays workout. I'm not working out today, so tomorrow I'll be back on track.

Hey dude, sorry about not writing you back on here much I hardly scroll down all the way. And I don't really pre-pump before flexing in poses or whatever, its just like 20 seconds before. I look a lot more puffy on a pump lol. But I'll get in touch with you on facebook. I just took about a week off from lifting, gotta get back into it tomorrow. Peace.
Hello mate, its been a while since i last sent you some greets. Hope that your workouts are going nicely and that your ambitions are being met. Keep up the great work and a good week ahead to you.
cheers

Thanks! Well the Nature's Best is superior because it is 100% whey isolate, which is the best protein available. As you know, syntha6 is a mix of proteins. It’s hard to tell what exactly to attribute my recent gains to, but I am making gains. The protein has to be a factor because it’s better protein and less calories.
I've cut 6-7lbs of fat and leaned out a lot since switching. Partly because of protein and because of better diet. Keep writing your own supp reviews, love to read them!
Im sorry my words may not be as elaborate or as impacting as your poem but i will say one thing. The path that friends take and the experiences that one takes from friends is and will be a lesson learned each day that we live.
Talk soon and be well mate
cheers
right so mate after viewing the videos i can say that youve got enthusiasm, strength and endurance built into you, and that your a pitbull on the wrestling field. Good stuff and stay fit. cheers
Regarding my long term goals is to start getting fit and strong. Well slowly but surely that is. Im new to the fitness routine and just started over two months ago. Slow progression but getting there. Ill now check your vids out. Stay fit and stay strong mate. cheers
as it relates to the ladies being young and free thats absolutely fine, only human nature right. Your goals about feeling and being as your max are justifyable and good for you. Maintaining a sense of focus im certain will get you there and i sense that you have that in abundance
