How I Started:
I was an athlete during high school until personal issues occured. I gained 100lbs in a year's time. Depression and no self confidence struct me hard. I finally went from 300lbs to 180lbs in a good year, and I started lifting weights once I lost all that weight.
Why I Love It:
I love intense training, clean eating, body transformation and just staying fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching videos/movies on bodybuilding, magazines and seeing other people's development.
BB Accomplishments:
I want to gain a real good amount of lean body mass all naturally. I want to be at least 200lbs and 8% bodyfat.
