I want to be the guy on the B ball court that still has gas lift after every one else has nothing. In the next 6 months I am going to do it.
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I do MMA training for my cardio. There is a lot of everything and thats why I like it so much it never gets dull and you are all ways pushing your self.
I started a new job a few weeks ago so I have been busy with work and have not had time to blog. The new job is great and one of the best things about it is I can wear jeans and a t-shirt here. It makes it a lot less of a problem going for a jog during lunch now that I don't have to change....
Just read your blog and sorry to hear about your shoulder, hurt mine 6 months ago and just now its feeling a little better. Keep working out hard though, I turned more focus on legs when I went easy on chest. Have a great day!
