How I Started:
When I was in high school I did 2 quarters of weight training, one my sophomore year and one my senior year. I took those to just take up time and go for an easy class. When I started college I was on the wrestling team there and so I started lifting to get stronger for wrestling. When I started in college I really started to see improvements, but it was short lived. While I was wrestling I broke my wrist. Here and there I would start lifting for a couple weeks and then it would just die off. After my last semester of college is when I really got started in May of 06. I lifted all summer and saw good results. I stopped lifting in Nov. of 06 because I was starting the Fire academy soon and did not want to get hurt. I graduated from the fire academy May 11, 07 and about the middle of May I started lifting again and that’s where I am today!
Why I Love It:
For me lifting is such a stress reliever... I go into my gym and go lift for an hour or two and just forget all my worries and just focus on lifting and at the end of a good work out I jus feel a lot better.
How I Stay Motivated:
My buddy/lifting partner dan and the strive to stay in shape and meet my goals.
BB Accomplishments:
Lifting 315...3 plates on each side... my buddy said putting one plate on the bar is for beginners... 2 plates are for the gymgoer, but 3 plates is when your one of the guys.... it took me a while to reach that but I worked hard and now I’m one of the guys. lol
Pretty much all I’ve been is a typical meathead at the gym. I only worked pretty much my chest and arms. Now, I am redoing my workout and I am going to incorporate my whole body!

well over the past 4 or 5 weeks I've been on the dieting loosing weight kick. After hurting my sholder a few months ago and loosing 10-15 lbs.. im ready to get some size back. Today will be the first workout im taking with sizeon, ive heard good things , so hopefully it will work good for me....
Thanks for adding me and of course I'll be keeping an eye on progress and OF COURSE as a friend now have to report back my findings, like it or not HA lol. Now that you're working the whole body we'll be expecting full body muscle pics front and back. Only fair for all our gard work on the keyboards/. Andre

You'll find the crew a swarthy lot but they gots heart, every last man jack (woman jack too) one o' them.
I see where yee wants ta work yur entire body say you. OK by me now gets yee down to the Brig (gym) and start liftin' and pushin' that iron says I or there'll be some keel haulin for yee.
