Started lifting my Junior year in highschool for Powerlifting team
Why I Love It:
Its rewarding to stay in shape and for people to acknowledge that you care about your health and your looks..
How I Stay Motivated:
When people keep asking me how i do this or how i look like that. Plus i wanna try and get back to being as lean and in shape as i used to be for my photo shoots.

Billboard in 2004 for a sandal company
Some other small modeling stuff
Bench press 225lbs for 25 reps
Shoulder millitary barbell 315lbs press
And squat was at 450 for 3 reps and 315 20 reps

Goal (Long):
i wanna get lean!! i want to get down to single digit body fat levels and keep as much muscle as possible. i know what i have to do, the results will eventually show their face.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%

Since I have started getting strict on working out this year and really focused in February I have seen decent changes in my physic and bodyfat. My weight has not dropped down where I want and my bodyfat i thought would be a lot lower by now. Im going to start listening more to what my body...
hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped! Thanks for the tips
At the moment I do calorie and carb cycles, it really seems to be a great method for staying ~10% bf... Check my journal if you want specifics! GL sir!
