very nice bro, uve done a great job. I recently joined the army so its been hard 4 me 2 work out alot here lately. I ran alot but no weightliftin, ive lost alot of muscle and im kinda flabby now but I still weigh around 215. Im gonna start working out again here soon.

10% bf? idk bout that.... u aint lookin that lean... 10% body fat would say that u only had 27lbs of fat and 243lbs of lean mass. I really doubt that. even if u r 6'9". thats only like 6 inches taller than me and my frame is still bigger than yours.

Meal#4-1 scoop of protein pre-workout Meal#5-2 scoops of protein post-workout meal#6-either 2 chicken breasts or 2 pieces of fish. Meal#7-before bed-2 scoops of protein. I always snack on South beach diet protein cereals bars in between meals when feelin hungry

I used Hydroxycut hardcore for a month and then went to VPX redline and now I'm back on hydroxycut hardcore. I usually eat around 7 meals a day including my protein shakes. Heres a sample of my diet. Meal#1- 2 cups of eggwhites and small piece of fruit Meal#2-small chicken salad. Meal#3-2 scoopess of protein

Thanx man. They are working great. I'm back on hydroxycut hardcore right now. It really wakes me up in the morning and gives me the energy I need b4 I lift.

haha, I rem. who my daddy is...u def got me on bi's but im catchin up and ur legs are alot more conditioned than mine. Maybe I can catch up wid ya soon though...Ur my role model..keep liftin with me nad ill keep it up
