Tryin 2 get down 2 around 210 12% bf before Christmas break and also tryin 2 get where I can max my PT test..
Goal (Long):
I want to keep losing bodyfat and maintain my muscle and maybe even gain some more muscle at the same time. I'd loved 2 b around 210 or 220 with 8-10% bodyfat. I want to have a cut 6-pack. I also love to have a cut chest and get rid of my bitch-tits.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
9%
