Goal (Long):
I want to keep losing bodyfat and maintain my muscle and maybe even gain some more muscle at the same time. I'd loved 2 b around 210 or 220 with 8-10% bodyfat. I want to have a cut 6-pack. I also love to have a cut chest and get rid of my bitch-tits.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 25 lb

Lookin good in those progress pics brotha. Waist is trimming up and i can tell your gyno has went down drastically. Keep poundin it. Keep showin me up in the gym...jus remember i gotcha daddy on some legs and bis. lol
