Today was supposse to be a light day working out. Did my cheastand triceps yeasterday,so the routine called for simple cardio day. Well i got a call for work in Houstan in the morning,Sunday was gonna be my leg day. So i had the choice to either stay on my planned routine and do cardio and miss...
