I dont know whats going on but all of a sudden i want to do nothing but eay cholate. Hot coco, browines, cholatechip cookiees. Never have been like this before. Usally i am not a sweets person but man all of a sudden. Anyone got any idea why this is?

I hit Chest tris and shoulders with a tri set three stations hard. My diet looks good so far this week. and Im doin Plyometrics tonight. Tomorrow will be Back Bis and legs triset. So far everything looking right ....thanks for the push!!!! Hows your training?
