yes, there is a reason BBers are much bigger than he was. listen up twig, whats the point of doing 25 sets for a muscle, when 12 sets will do the same thing?? alot has been researched and learned since then. you would want a 1970s doc perscribing you medacine over a 2008 doc would you? of course not, developments have been made. learn to think before you speak. and for gods sakes eat somthing.
