my weight went up 5lbs. and i checked today, im at 6.4% bf.

Background
I come from a family of runners and I had to get my legs up for cross country and track. Eventually, my legs weren't proportional anymore. So I started doing upper body too. I realized from genetics, I could build my legs quickly, so I altogether stopped working them out to focus on bringing up my chest, arms, etc. I've been adding weight ever since.
I like how I feel when I'm an inch from the mirror behind the Smith machine, holding 45lb plates in each hand, and staring myself down.
