How I Started:
My Pop got me into running when I was young so the ideal of being fit was always there. At 18 I joined the Army. The Army of course beat the thought of being strong into my soul. So I wanted to take it to the next level with the weights and some speed/edurance work.
Why I Love It:
I love the results!
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep thinking of my goals and how much better I could be.
I want to gain about 15 pounds of muscle. In the process I'd like to become more athletic and increase my stamina. So in addition to lifting I'll be running and performing some speed workout.

That awesome Jeffery. 215 is good. I got up to 205 for a working out weight back in Deecember. Right now, Im in a slump. This week has been bad. The bone freeze I got is affecting me this week. I have no energy or zeal. So my workouts have sucked, even though I am doing the workouts. Its just a slump. I should be ok soon and back to normal. Maybe age is kicking in...lol. Its tough training at 99 years old. Catch you later.
