Goal (Long):
Well I have made my mind up to go for it all June 28th 2008 . A Pro Card will be awarded for the Winner at the Hercules International Bodybuilding & Fitness Championships and North American Figure Championships. Not going to be Easy. So Im Kicking Butt in the gym and like I said Time to CRUSH some more Goals . Natural Boyzzzzz

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Results Results Results It feels like I'm at show and tell in school lol But I'm at the pool or out. Keep it up dont fail. "Blame no one. Expect nothing. Do something."

Yes
Why or why not?
My friends and family love's to listen but I dont talk alot about it much when I'm around friends and family unless they ask.

Do you monitor your heart rate while doing cardio?
Yes
Do you use a heart rate monitor? Which one?
Whatever is on the machine.
What heart rate do you aim for while doing cardio? Why?
If you get ALL sets of your reps on an exercise, then increase the weight roughly 5%. Warm-up sets are necessary on most exercises
and should not be included as a working set
Training Split Cardio twice per week for 15-20 minutes ...
Thanks James! Just got back - 4th place out of 38 girls! Yippee!! I need to diet more and not hold water for my two piece round before my next show...4 weeks and counting! :) Good luck this coming weekend!
