Hey there, thanks again for the compliment. It really means a lot to me coming from you. I do squats, deadlifts, leg curls, lunges, and I pray! :) As far as cardio, I use a stationary bike, taebo, and stairs. I was doing cardio 6 days a week but I have backed it down to 4-5. I am hoping that it will help with the mass I am wanting.

Your welcome! I am more motivated now than I was when I logged my motivation level. I love working out so its easy for me to stay highly motivated. I also set short term goals. I love achieving them. I think that helps more than anything. I am so impressed with the progress you have made. (such a short time) Keep up the great work!

Thanks for the comment. My bf is swinging between 6.8 and 6.5%. I think I would like to get it to 4% now. (lol) Very nice profile pic. My trainer happens to be a powerlifter.

Thank you! I think as long as you keep trying you will be able to get into the habit of eating clean. I think making it 3 days is great. Now, try to make it 4. :)
