When I Started: Jan, 2008
How I Started: Been working out on and off for years... but never concentrated my efforts or had any goals! Just recently took my health and fitness serious in January 2008.
Why I Love It: I love the way I feel when I am fit!
How I Stay Motivated: I just think of my goals and most importantly why I want those goals!

Also when I make decisions I ask myself what my role models would do in this situation... then I do that.

Thank you! Love your avi name , BTW. That about sums up the life of many athletes on here. Oh..I love how the abs come out and the the hair magically disappears. Fit guys are good like that and girls appreciate proper manscaping :0)
