my hand...come to find out, it isn't the hand at all...it is something similar to whiplash. I may end up with physical therapy for soft tissue damage...blah blah blah. My right arm, shoulder,trap, and that side of my neck...it's terrible. I don't do cardio now, but I guess I will start. I do eat clean though. :-) Thanks for the sweet comments.

thanks so much! I don't work abs. Whatever workout they get while I'm training the rest of my body is simply the workout they get for the time being. I have to be very selective with my time right now, because I don't have much of it having a full-time job, being a mom, and having a husband...lol. It's all in how you eat! I'm on a CLEAN bulk...just a few cheats here and there..no cardio.

you in contest prep? i'm sure if i read somewhere, i would find that answer, but i'm at work and don't have time...lol. i will eat plenty of pie for everyone just because i can this year!!! last year, i was pregnant, and it all made me sick! :-) the year before that, i was cutting...lol...sooooo...i'm long over due for some pie!!!

I increase my calories, proteins, carbs, fats and train heavier with no cardio. I have to cut the cardio out completely, because what you see now is me with only doing cardio MAYBE once or twice a week. I lean out quickly. Therefore, when I do cardio when I'm trying to add mass, all I'm doing is taxing my body, and it's counter-productive.
