How I Started:
I've always had a serious passion for fitness and health, but I just recently (Dec. '07) decided to really get back into it after being out for a while. Sometimes life just happens, you know? :-) Also, I'm back on the right path these days. I keep working out and trying to improve my body in hopes to continue winning my struggle with anorexia. It's a never-ending battle. It's always there. I just want to be stronger in every aspect of my life and especially emotionally and physically!
Why I Love It:
It is such a wonderful release and a beautiful high!
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, my motivation and goals continue to change. For now, it's staying healthy in order to be able to have as much fun as possible and for as long as possible with my new little angel. Long term...I WILL BE ON STAGE!!!!!

What bp did you injure, just curious - i guess you always have cardio and clean eating, looks like you already know that lol....congrats on coming back so lean after having a baby, you are an inspiration to alot of ladies. clc.

Just use your left side for the next three month when picking up your baby, opening doors, and carrying stuff. It will balance out fast.
