How I Started:
I've always had a serious passion for fitness and health, but I just recently (Dec. '07) decided to really get back into it after being out for a while. Sometimes life just happens, you know? :-) Also, I'm back on the right path these days. I keep working out and trying to improve my body in hopes to continue winning my struggle with anorexia. It's a never-ending battle. It's always there. I just want to be stronger in every aspect of my life and especially emotionally and physically!
Why I Love It:
It is such a wonderful release and a beautiful high!
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, my motivation and goals continue to change. For now, it's staying healthy in order to be able to have as much fun as possible and for as long as possible with my new little angel. Long term...I WILL BE ON STAGE!!!!!

Another work bathroom shot. It's blurry, and I'm so pale that I almost blend into the wall..lol. You can see some definition up there, but my pooch sucks...AND...my butt needs to be lifted WAY up! :-) I'm okay with taking my time. My baby girl comes first!
i can't imagine how much harder your recovery would be (c section) i actually didn't think labor was that bad but i had more pain AFTER having him than most women talk of. i think because i was induced and it was A LONG LABOR (36 hours) so they were constantly poking and prodding at me. i was also sick and everytime i coughed it was like i was pushing my insides out. awful.
i know we have so much to catch up on! brady is muscley too... he's in the 25% for weight too but in the like 50 for height and head haha he's like a bean pole with a ball on it! he nurses soooo much like your mom. but he does seem to be doing a little better with that since we added cereal. however i can't really tell cause he does good out and about and we've just been busy getting ready for the wedding.
we had a docs apt yest and he's only in the 25% of weight and in the 50% height. the doc was shocked that he sleeps through the night at that weight. he does GREAT 9-6... but it did take us some work to get there and i pay for it because he eats all day to make up for what he doesn't get through the night. i'm still nursing like 12 times a day which is not normal, but he's just never satisfied so i do what i must.it's exhausting but it's a short time in his life right!
btw you look great... i agree baby comes first. i only get my workouts in by getting up at 3:30 in the morning to get to the gym while he's still asleep. i found out quick that he doesn't allow for it once he's up. i spend the whole day trying to figure out when he will take a nap so i can workout which screws me out of a shower some days so i finally settled on this. i can't imagine doing it with a second baby.
haha nah i'd be bragging too... brayden is totally not interested in rolling over. he's super lazy, but he is MAJOR crier. it was nothing for him to cry ten hours of the day for the first two or three months. it was awful. now he mostly just whines a lot but we have some super bad days still. i'm hoping he is a quick talker since he's not ganna be moving anytime soon haha.
haha that is sooo awesome!! no my mom and i see ugly babies and say "she's sweet" haha jeremy thinks we are terrible too haha. :) my mom likes to go online and see the newborns and make fun of the uglies... i thought i was ganna pay penance for that for sure, but somehow i got this guy! :)
I lied I thought it was chin ups..but here it is
To perform this exercise, lay flat on your back on the floor (or on top of a mat). Next, with your arms out and by your ears, simultaneously bring your knees up to your middle with your head and chest coming to meet them. This should look similar to an accordion action.
chin ups. You can basically do it with any type of workout..plyo workouts work well too. Here was my Tabata routine last night:
-full squats with shoulder press on the way up (with just 10 lb DB's and it was killing me by the end)
-mountain climbers
-jump squats
-hitting the punching bag
