Goal (Long):
Overall I will sculpt a physique that is strong,lean, and highly functional.while also attaining great flexibility,endurance,balance,and coordination..
If this guy at age 60 with one leg can find the will.determination ,and desire to live a healthy lifestlyle and stay in shape what excuse do we have "NONE".Im motivated and inspired by all that he has accomplished.
To be the man that my wife and kids can always look to for love,security,inspiration and motivation.Also to inspire people to help each other whenever possible.
Before i begin an exercise i focus on the muscle that needs to be trained.I lock my body into proper position as though im a machine and once the set begins i make my last rep look like my first .When i can no longer do that the set is done .Maintaining control throughout the full range of...
Currently im training my upper body using my own body as resistance and training lower body with squats and bodyweight lunges.No isolation exercises are being used at this time. THE HUMAN BODY IS A UNIQUE STRUCTURE OF INTERRALATED MUSCLES THAT FUNCTION AS A UNIT AND I PREFER TO TRAIN THEM THAT WAY.

I work with varying grips on my pull-ups. At this point, I'm just not doing enough of them. I also am aware that I'm still carrying some fat on my back as well. I appreciate the tips!
