Check out my workout I have posted on my bodyspace. As for diet, I keep your typical healthy well balanced diet, I just adjust my cals to be over or under maintenance depending on whether I'm cutting or bulking. No low carb or anything like that. I just taper my carbs down towards nighttime. I'LL PM you a sample of what I eat on a day to day basis
