Workout Program:
I try and get a workout in at least 2 no more than 3 days a week depending on my work schedule and if im well rested. I have no set routine i just listen and pay attention to my body and whatever i feel needs to be worked on to bring up,thats my focus for that day. Examples are Monday-Legs...

I work with varying grips on my pull-ups. At this point, I'm just not doing enough of them. I also am aware that I'm still carrying some fat on my back as well. I appreciate the tips!
