I have been lifting for a long time but just getting back into it. I had broke my back and trying to lose the wieght I have put on in the last 7 years.
Why I Love It:
I love this because of the transformation that the body goes through. And the way other people look at me different when I'm in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
what motivates me is when people tell me that I'm fat. It makes me work harder to lose the weight.
BB Accomplishments:
I think that its my legs I have a hard time with legs becasue of my back and I think that they look good and will post some pics later this week.

So I getting so close to me goals and it simse harder to get the weight to come off when it was going so well I think that I hit a plato. I did legs this week and they are some sore that I can hardly walk but was a good workout, I keep streching to make the soreness go away but not working...
Thanks, Keith! And good luck to you! I realize this is big time surgery and recovery but I my understanding is that hip replacement/recovery is a relative breeze considering everything involved. I wish you the best! And have fun with your new team, too! :)
I am so sorry to hear that, but I'll bet you'll be like the milliondollar man with new parts - unstoppable! You are doing the right thing by eating clean and working around things - that's what works for me during interruptions. Please keep me posted - when is the surgery?
Wow, thank you so much! I appreciate that, and I will use those kind words as motivation to keep working hard. How is it going for you? it's so nice to hear from you
Oh, for crying out loud!! That's gratitude for ya!! Sheesh!! Well that's just too bad, I'm sorry to hear that. But I hope it means you're on your way to bigger and better things :)
