Overall Goal: Well f'd up my right delt doing bench I assume. I guess that teaches me to do 325 on the incline and immediately following that with 315 on the flat after already pre exhausting my chest for about a month straight!
I had always been into sports, especially basketball. Getting out of high school I decided to go play college ball, but after transferring colleges and having to sit out I decided I want to possibly start bodybuilding since all I could do during those months of not playing ball was lift. I was watching tv late one night and saw Jay Cutler, that's when I decided I wanted that life.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me in great shape and I love seeing the transformation that lifting does to my body. I love seeing myself get bigger month after month. Its truly addicting and it's a life I love.
How I Stay Motivated:
I see women, and even other men look at my arms when I'm wearing a cut off or look at me in the pool. It feels good to know that people respect the physique and that motivates me. Also seeing these guys just a few years older than me going for their pro card and having a physique that is amazing I respect and hope to one day reach. No miracle, just hard work over the next many years of my life.
BB Accomplishments:
I have gained 35 lbs since June of last year, as can be seen in my pictures. I am looking to keep adding lean mass and hopefully be fitness modeling/competing in the near future.

This guy really isnpires me to never give up. Things get rough for him and he may get discouraged, but he never actually gives up. Keep hanging in their brother, and everything will eventually turn for the great.
What to say...? This guy has helped me achieve a physique I never thought imaginable. He is a rock wall! By lifting with him I have learned so much and has really given me the chance to grow. Thanks bro!
nah bro tomorrow's my day off. Did legs today for the first time in bout 5 weeks. stayed at 225 & my hams were o.k. During the week I'm gonna be at the gym for 4:00 pretty much every day, exept this wed when I'll be there bout 5/6

Looks like you've added a lot of good mass. I've been making some pretty good strides lately. Finally found a consistent partner who's also a cool kid. Lifting's never been better.
