I was a little bigger at one point in time. I've lost about 30lbs in the past two years. Time to get it all back!
Why I Love It:
There's nothing more important than taking care of your body. Who doesn't want to look better as well?
How I Stay Motivated:
My beautiful girlfriend, a picture in a magazine, a commercial on Tv, a look in the mirror.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from 135 in HS to 185 in college. Once I got in the military I packed on another 10lbs. After being back at 165lb in the last two years, I'm on the fight back.
