I like to start with straight bar curls. Then single arm dumbbell preacher curls. Standing dumbbell hammer curls. What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Awe my favorite! Standing Triceps press on cables. Followed by single arm reverse curls. Decline bench skull crushers. Then bench dips with plates stacked on my lap.
