How I Started:
I originally started working out to stay fit for Wrestling and Track seasons in school.
Why I Love It:
Other than the fact that I do not like being fat, I am not sure why I love working out, I just do.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my strength, endurance and health gradually improve as I continue to work out.

Goal (Long):
I have always been the unexpectedly athletic person in school. I filled out a little in my junior year of High school and was able to keep my weight around 163lbs, bench 225lbs, squat 340lbs+, and leg press close to 700lbs+. I know those numbers are not too impressive but this is the result of lifting for seven months after having only trained on athletic teams for Wrestling and Track and never really lifting weights prior. I began weight lifting for enjoyment during the Wrestling and Track off season. I began to like lifting for lifting so I joined a strength training class. The schedule for the strength training class was switching from upper body lifting to lower body lifting every other day, five days per week. My long term goals are to reach that previous peak of physical fitness and greatly surpass it. I would like to have close to 200lbs of muscle, while staying extremely flexible and fast with a body fat of 10 to 16 percent.
Six of the seven days in the week I do upper then lower body excersizes every other hour for 8 hours. After two to three weeks of the same numbers I gradually push them up. I mainly do calithenics b/c I eat, sleep , work, and live on a US Naval war ship. The chance of getting a good cardio work...
