not exactly a 1-1, but there's a general relationship of muscle mass to strength. The more muscle you get the stronger you get ... though I will say it's relative to your type of training. A bodybuilder may have more muscle mass than a powerlifer, but the powerlifter is more likely stronger.
That sounds great!! Still employed ... and busy as heck :) I've been celebrating the last 1/2 marathon wayyyyy too much! LOL. Time to cut back and exercise more. :)
too busy to work out? Nah ... don't let that happen! But yes, I do know what you mean there. Sometimes in these times you just need to modify your workouts and do the best you can. I remember reading YEARs back 'bout a pro bodybuilder who needed to get aworkout in, didn't have time for his normal one so he just pounded out 30mins of compound movements and was spent and sweating at the end. :)
How are you doing this weekend, woody? You know, being a chef ... and cooking being a hobby ... you ought to post some of your healthier recipes to your blog. Please keep the Ben n' Jerry's out of there ... I like it too but it's guaranteed to add a pound for every pint I wolf down. LOL Looking forward to hearing how you're kicking toosh!
