Where do you mainly workout?
Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Pros: It is actually on site at my place of employment.
Cons: Can get distracted and you really have to get creative to implement different exercises.

Alright, so today was my 13th day on Universal's Animal Pump and all I have to say is...Wow!!  Not only do I have pump that feels like my shirt is going to rip and an increase in strength so much that I'm going up in weight every workout...the thing I like the most is the focus and intensity...
