Background

When I Started: Mar 2007
HOW I STARTED:

I got an injury in my back and started lifting with my upper body (my weak point) and noticed that i made good gains...fell in love ever since.

WHY I LOVE IT:

So i can look good for myself and girls. And idk why else but i love it with a passion!!

burtonflow Oh wow that's sweet. Yeah I play but I'm just wide receiver and cornerback. My bench is only 110 for 3-4 reps. Not sure what that converts to for one rep max maybe like 120ish? Pretty horrible. If you check my lift stats its all there though, everything else is okay besides bicep curl. Aug 12, 2007 7:14pm

burtonflow Pretty good. I'm getting sick of my bench though it's pretty bad other than that all my lifts have been improving real well. Bulk has been pretty good too I've gained about 18 lbs this summer so thats sweet lol. You doing freshman football? Aug 12, 2007 7:00pm
