How I Started:
was tired of being so little and i had a friend that was already working out so i just got started with him and went from there.
Why I Love It:
i love getting bigger and getting the attention it brings.
How I Stay Motivated:
looking at old pictures and old measurements and trying to lift that next heavy set.
BB Accomplishments:
pretty much the whole thing i was so little before, i started from a stick and built it from there but still need some middle back and chest thickness

i switch from 6 to 8 small meals a day and 3 huge meals a day with protein.
