How I Started:
Was always in good condition in my 20's until about age 35 then just completely let myself go. Woke up one day and decided I needed to do something about it.

Someone told me because it hasn't been that long that I've worked out that I will re-gain my stamina quicker than a person who hasn't exercised for years. Not sure how true that is, but hopefully it is. Yes, small steps are a good thing, for sure!
Thanks for your comment about my run. I love running - I just have to be careful not to over do it right now. Too much body weight on me, but I'm not letting it stop me from doing the things I love.
