I started to change my eating habits, so going to the gym was the next step. I really want to make a difference in my life.
Why I Love It:
I just like pumping iron. It helps me to write down how much I pump, as I see the progress from week to week. Progress is very important for my motivation.
How I Stay Motivated:
Note down all sets and see how I progress. Feel the difference when I shower, as I dont think there is much change on my photos, yet.
So I finished the 12 weeks program that kris gethin has created. I am very grateful for what he did, as this really made it easy for me to start working out again.
Now based upon that, I have modified and added exercises to that program, so I ended up with a 6 month plan, that suites...
I don’t know what program you are using but my wife and I succeeded in our body transformations by following the 12-week Body for Life program. It gives you nutrition guidelines plus weightlifting and cardio routines. I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went form a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in 12 weeks with the BFL program. If you are not happy with what you are using now I suggest you give it a look-see. Let me know what you think.
hi men nice work in u wheith lose keep like that meaby caridio is not 4 u know wen i start i couden t do cardio i kill mmy self with HIT or HIIT and same word that work for my was the training is never fun the fun came wen you finish the training and you can say i did that keep workin an keep like that you are doing a nice work

Ich nehm zur Zeit auch nichts weltbewegendes! Nur Protein (vor und nach dem Training), Glutamin, Creatin und NO-Explode. Funktioniert trotzdem alles bestens...
SO TRUE MATE LOTS OF PEOPLE SEEM TO LOOK GOOD FIRST, THEN UPLOAD THEY OLD PICS, BUT i THINK WELL KEEP IT REAL, i MEAN YOU CANT GET MORE REAL THAN MY BODY.

I just dropped by to see how you are doing and to wish you continued determination as you proceed with your transformation. Are you still able to lift weights on a regular basis and do your cardio also? Remember: “Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.”
I hope that you are doing well with your workouts and are able to stay focused and determined to reach your goals. I found that it helped me to make fitness a priority and also try to read success stories - any success stories will do, but those closely related to your own individual situation will help the most. If you're having a problem communicating with a child for example, or losing weight... read a story about someone who overcame those same problems.
You have the inner strength needed to achieve your goals and just have to
