i work in a call center right now while i go to school to become a nurse. so i am very busey right now! 4-5 hours of sleep maybe a night :( i love the feeling of knowing i have a beautiful body so i am very excited to one day get on stage and compete! you?

No problem. Sounds like a good routine. I probably need to do close grip bench and skullcrushers more. I rarely do those exercises.

I love your attitude about life. The body is a fascinating thing, and it is so much related to the mind and the spriritual well-being of a person. I notice that you don't have any BB accomplishments, but I'm sure your progress has been excellent. You look great! I'd like to be as lean and muscular as you. Take care, God bless.
