Was time to get in shape for another mountain climb.

Makes me feel like a better person. Stronger, Healthier and In Control of my body
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing what other people look like good and bad so as to become more fit. Also, planning outdoor trips and making sure I am in shaped for them. Gotta Snowboard, Hike, Bike and MOVE!

Oh, I forgot to say that I started at about 13-14% after a proper bulk then I cut. But I was 125 a couple years ago.

I started properly about January-Februarish of this year. I got down to about 8% BF. But now I'm bulking again and got some bad advice and upped calories to quickly and put on more BF then I wanted to, so I may cut for two weeks or something.
