How I Started:
Have always been very active, playing volleyball and basketball in school. Started to work out in the gym versus team sports, biking etc in my 20's and enjoyed the atmosphere and results.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the transformation in my body with all the hard work put in. I feel fantastic after a hard work out and have a great sense of accomplishment.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love seeing the physical transformation as I weight train and want to be fit enough to compete in a fitness competition! Successfully completed my first triathlon this summer!
BB Accomplishments:
Despite always being active, I am probably in the best shape of my life and looking forward to continuing to improve!
