usernumberx Low carb diets are tough, there is no room for cheating. I learned that after years and years of thinking I was on a low carb diet and actually not being in one because I would sporadically indulge myself here and there. BTW carb up days are no considered cheating days they are actually part of the diet. But, if you manage to stay on track it pays off well, its a life style change for the long term.
