Speed Squat - Blues 225 x 3 205 x 3 185 x 3 Speed Pull Sumo - Blue  225 - 6x3  Sumo Deadlift 315x3 405x1 455x1 495x1 Front Squat 135x12 185x12 225x12 275x10 Good Morning 65x14 95 x 14 125 x 12 I had to use a different squat rack, so the band tension was actually more than it usually was and I didn't anticipate it, but I did use a box this time. Speed Bench  155 - 9 sets - Close/Norm/Wide Wide Dips 70lb x 12 90 x 10 115 x 8  Flat DB 85 x 8 95 x 8 105 x 8 DB Shoulder Press  60 x 20 75 x 14 90 x 10 70 x 12 60 x 15 Upright Row 135x12 155x12 175x12 135x20 Speed bench sucked, the band got stuck on the hook and then I tweaked my already tweaked shoulder. Joints suck. My last DE workout this year. It sucked. Hadn't done upright rows in a long time, I've gotten a lot stronger in my shoulders since then obviously. DB press felt... Go to BodyBlog

Deadlift 135x10 135x5 225x5 315x3 355x5 405x3 455x3 Defecit Deadlift 465x1 405x5 315x5 225x8 Zercher Squat 135x8 185x5 225x6 275x5 315x5 355x3 Leg Press 10 plates x 8 14 plates x 8 18 plates x 7 Lunges 135x8 185x6 225x6 255x6 Felt a little weird on deadlifts up until 405, felt like my back was doing the bulk of the lifting but it came together once I put 4 plates on there. I Honestly think I can pull around 495 now, don't know if I'll even bother maxing next week or just start another 5/3/1... Go to BodyBlog

Bench Press 225x3 265x3 295x5 Pause Bench 315 325 335 (Didn't lock out) Dip 70x8 115x8 135x6 DB Incline 90's x 8 100's x 8 110s x 6 CGBP 135x10 165x10 195x10 225x10 Tricep Pushdown (5) 95x12 Felt incredibly good benching today, I felt amazing doing pause bench considering I just maxed out at 325 last week and now I paused it, almost got 335, fuuuuuuuuuk. Left side always fails me, always. I think I lose my rigidity in my shoulder, and then my tricep has to push more and then it just gets over... Go to BodyBlog
