well I knowteced I was getting too fat, haha, Ive always loved a challenge, weightloss from 225-150 was hard I thought. I was wrong. now gaining muscle from 150-180 (currently at 161)is gonna be hard I thought. I am wrong again, it takes one thing ...yep Motovation
Why I Love It:
relives stress,people listen to you more, motivates me to do otherthings, i realy love it if i could have a job where i exerciced 24/7 i would love it, it just seems to be the best thing and my favorite thing to do, although sometimes my social life suffers
How I Stay Motivated:
i stayed motivated by changing my motovation, when you constantly change your motovation you keep getting that new motovating thing that lets you try as hard as day one

roughly 225-230 from this photo i realized i should probobly lose some extra lbs
very proud of how far ive come from here down im at 5-7% bodyfat and weigh 161
i am going to stop at 180 lbs of muscle and at 7% bodyfat
Goal (Long):
i wanted a challenge the hardest goal possible i thought, loosing weight was easy, and it seems gaining muscle is becomming just as easy as long as i continue to try my hardest
