Goodmorning Annemarie... How are you? My easter was nice thank you!! I had a nice lunch with my family... then I went to a friends house and had leg of lamb for supper.. it was delish..ate way too much.. How was your easter? Hows the training going? Good morning Lady, where are you going on vacation? Any place warm? I'm taking some time in June... I can't wait.... Going to the mountains of western Virgina.. My workout are going well.. Trying to shed some fat before the summer.. I went form 205 to 199.5 this week. I was just pumpin Iron.. but this week I added 20 min of stairmaster 4 days a week.. and eating smaller meals... It should do the trick..lol Well I hope your having a nice weekend ttyl... Bobby

Hey lovely, I'm coming along great... just trying to build as much mass as I can... But Im also lookin forward to warmer weather so I can hit the road and do some running... so i can shed some body fat... and yes I can see the out lines of something good... Your coming along great as well, just keep eating health..and hittin those weight.. I know You'll look awesome this summer... How's your workout coming?

hey sweets, I got an olympic bench....that I can also use for squats.. I have a set of dumbells that you can switch the weights with the pin..I have another bench that i use with my dumbells...chin up bar...just about all I need..and have room for.. I love it because it's old school...no machines..well I gotta get to work...have a nice weekend!!

My week went great sweets... Got some good workouts in dispite the weather.. I set up a weight room in my shed and i have a heater in there... temps were in the single digits this week.. so it was tuff.. but i got through it... hope you have a great weekend!!

there going good lovely....I've been eating leaner since the new year so i dropped a few pounds.. I don't think i'll start cardio till early spring... to cold to be running outside...
