I now work each body part once per week. I find that I need the rest inorder to make the most gains. I keep the volume low and make it short, sweet, and intense. I break it down as Chest, Back, Shoulders and Arms. I do Chest first most weeks because I like to be fresh. Then I'll switch up...

Sounds like you had a great Easter...I ate more than I should too but no guilt here. Its family time...just hop back on the train the next day and continue on. Trainings going well.the disc has healed pretty well and back to heavy training. I ache soooo..but smiling...all is good. :)

had a great week and glad it's FRIDAY! It's my anniversary and I get a cheat meal tonight, I'M SO EXCITED! I've also made some great progress this week. Good to hear you are enjoying your workouts yep can't wait until warmer weather!! =]
