Background

When I Started: Jun 2010
HOW I STARTED:

Growing up was the skinny girl that could eat whatever I wanted. I took a contract job overseas working on military bases and eating at the buffet chow hall food caught up with me! At the height of my weight gain got up to 155 lbs. I realize as Ive gotten older have to make working out and eating right a priority and lifestyle change.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I like the sense of accomplishment when I finish working out.
