OK, I'll take your word for it, but like I said hop flights are free :). On a serious note, unless I am flexing, I look like a track runner and I get the "I can take her down looks" from chicks, I want to keep my muscles plumped without an effort. I will up the carbs, maybe oatmeal, quinoa for now. This is Iraq and food is limited ;(
I got another question. I need to come in thicker for my next show. I am 225 lbs. and I am taking around 100 grams of fat, 350 grams of protein and 500-600 carbs--all complex except p.w. I am lifting 6-8 reps most of the time, am I on the right track?

Hey, how is that muscletech stack working for you? I am on leave right now, but when I PCS I am going to get on it. (lol, I got my diet downpack too, i am not one of those dudes that rely on supps first)
