No because if i don't reach my goals then it's only me that will be dissapointed in myself, rather then have all my family and friends come down on me.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Personally i think it's the bench press especially if you don't have a spotter. Sometimes you just want to get that last lift where your at the point of failure but with no spotter it's easy to drop t...more

FOOD....

Trying to eat right is an absolute pain in the ass. I think i spend most of my time in the kitchen weighing up portions and calculating how many calories and so forth. I've already tried making my food the night before and it's just too time consuming. There has to be an easier way....
