i work in a call center right now while i go to school to become a nurse. so i am very busey right now! 4-5 hours of sleep maybe a night :( i love the feeling of knowing i have a beautiful body so i am very excited to one day get on stage and compete! you?

thats where i started to in sports in school i did basketball and track and i took weight lifting classes all the girls thought i was weird for wanting to be a figure competitor.

i tried to get onto your website to see what teh plans were but i wasent able to. i dont konw if i was having a problem with understanding it or what but i am looking into nutrition planning i basically got the workout thing lol i have been in sports my whole life.

I want to compete and it looks like your the person that could help me. I am only 20 and so i have been used to eating crap and I am not so used to nutrition im getting there though. hope to hear from you to see if you could help
