i almost need someone to hold my hand and walk me through the food thing and watch my me to make sure i really wat what i am supposed to. i hate feeling bad eating icecream but i love it lol but its not going to get me on that figure stage. need to do what i need to do. scott will be home in...

nice! go for it! I plan on competing soon, there is a show coming up this summer but i need to focus on other things. I have never been really lean so I want to achieve that and then get my conditioning better, and if it is in time for the show Ill compete, i wanna start fitness modeling this summer tho
