Rich, it has been a whole lot busier here in the Desert lately. I know you are getting ready to do some powerlifting again. Once I get back to my home station in Germany I will catch up with you on how that is going. I need to get ready for my own competitions coming in March myself!

i am new to this site . can u tell me how many eggs should i take in one day to fulfill my protein requirement? shud i hav raw eggs or shud i boiled them. my body weight is 64 kgs and my height is 5'8 . i m a vegetarian but i hav started eatings eggs . i hav jus joined gym b4 3 months . can u recommend me which is the best supplement for a beginner i want to gain muscle. u can also give me suggestion regarding wat shud i eat in a day. hope u dont mind bro .ciao

The USAPL Raw Nationals should have been this week. The are an excellent force for drug free lifting. If your interested I can get you in contact with some good POCs. I can send them to your work email

Presently I’m deployed & planning for next year. Get on a WNBF stage & push my raw total up to 1700. Berend is looking forward to the German NB&F and he is diligently working on his 1st English fitness book. All-in-all 40 has been good to me. Thanks for asking!

Rick, I am doing extremely well. Don't know if you were aware, but I competed at the Arnold Classics USAPL Raw meet. Won the Masters 220, & placed 2nd in the Open. The next week I won the Raw, Open & Masters at the USAPL Military Natls. Broke gene Bell’s over 40 deadlift record & he was equipped. I have these USAPL records: 4 Raw Natl, 4 American Masters, and 9 Military Natl.

Rich, I read your editorial in the August FMO. I can truly appreciate what it means to train over 40. I feel lucky to be able to be train hard as ever, and I will keep taking advantage of it as long as possible. Bit tuff to find FMO out here in the Desert, but my boss in Germany sent it to me. Hi - have been lifting several yrs now. Have made good progress, but trying to put on more size. Other than lifting heavier, any supplement advice? I haven't found any that seem to really work, and seem to have hit a plateau. Thanks
