I quite happy where I'm at now. Everyone has a few problem areas they'd like to see remedied. I'd say my loose skin around my lower stomach and lower back would be an excellent issue I'd like to see resolved over the next year as I hover around this weight. I would not like to gain any more mass either, I don't want to be too huge.

I don't have any fights planned, but I am planing to compete in a submission grappling tournament soon at middle weight 185-200lbs, and hopefully the promoters that throw the boxing tourney that i've competed in get their stuff together and put on another show so i can fight on that card. how have you been? you're looking lean!

Like the photo with the XBOX headphone on? Lol. Yeah, I do crazy tricep routines. I do weighted dips to pull down (120lb) to overhead rope (60lb). I'll do 10 of each, that's one set. I kill my tris. It's all coming together. In time we'll get to our goals.

Your progression is really coming along. Mine's finally starting to kick into the next level. Took me like 19 weeks, but I broke through my platue and now the results are becoming uncanny and shocking. Keep up the good work.
