I've been doing martial arts since I was 7 and just started doing Brazilian Jui Jitsu and Muy Thau a few years ago. Wanted to get into better competition shape.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Well when I first started working out I figured as long as I lifted I'd grow. So not true. I was definitely getting stronger but I wasn't putting on a single pound. Now I've switched my diet and am seeing gains I really didn't think my body could make. Yeah, with all my cardio work, my legs get fatigued for the gym work so I need to find a way to reduce the pain. I'm thinking of buying purple wrath (amino) to speed up recovery. (otherwise cut down on training!!) Thanks for the single-leg recommendation, I'll keep that in mind when I do the legs.
