I've been doing martial arts since I was 7 and just started doing Brazilian Jui Jitsu and Muy Thau a few years ago. Wanted to get into better competition shape.

Yeah, with all my cardio work, my legs get fatigued for the gym work so I need to find a way to reduce the pain. I'm thinking of buying purple wrath (amino) to speed up recovery. (otherwise cut down on training!!) Thanks for the single-leg recommendation, I'll keep that in mind when I do the legs.
